Although this barrier does its best to conduct heat away from the core, it can't match the ability of a dedicated heatsink and/or fan. In fact, the ability of a fan or heatsink to come into direct contact with the core covering Intel's Celeron series of CPUs is one of the main reasons why the Celeron is so very overclockable. But even with a Pentium II, you can take steps to maximize cooling.

Just thought you all would like to see some information backing up my statements about overclocking the Celeron. Like I have said numerous times, the Celeron is very overclockable.
